Rich's Transmission Services

Words cannot explain the excellent service I received. My car broke down on my way to Cincinnati from Georgia. My car was towed several times before reaching Riches Transmission Services. Rich and his team treat every customer like family. Not only was my car repaired in 24 hours after arriving at Riches, the price was beyond reasonable. Several shops tried to extort between 6 and 9k for unneeded services from me. I have been to Georgia and back thanks to Riches Transmission Services If you are looking for honesty, exceptional service and fair pricing Riches transmission is where you will find it!

I have had a great experience with Rich and Blue. Those are my kind of guys with direct communication, car stories, and telling it like it is, even when it's something that they could have done differently. That's an honorable service. They are also incredibly fast and by far the best price in town. They took great care of the Turbo 400 out of my 72 C10. I will be back for any other trans service that I need.

My husband took our van to Rich for a tranmission rebuild. He kept in contact with us giving pdates untill it was done. After we got it back it ran good for about 3 or 4 months, and then we started having the same issue we were having. Called Rich again left messages for about a week, with no reply we finally got threw to someone who worked in the shop, told him what was happening he said there shouldn't be a problem for them to fix it. They said they would call and see what we would get set up. After a week of still not hearing from them we took it to another company. We were told that he pretty much did a bandaid job and that the parts he should have taken off and atleast cleaned in the rebuild still had the manufacturer permatex on it.

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very thorough with the diagnosis, repair, and the pricing was affordable. They're not like other companies who try to charge an arm and leg for a major repair. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking to have their transmission repaired or rebuilt. Thanks again Rich! Great service, great price. I found a good deal on parts & bought most of my own parts. I thought this way I could drop off my car 1 day & pick it up the next morning before work. Well, 1 of the parts I bought was broken. They were able to exchange that part without my being there & I was still able to pick up my car the next morning before work.
